Not long ago we showed you a little sneak peek of our winter bridal shoot that we did in the snowy mountains in a few weeks ago. Well if you are a bride that loves to be different and is looking for a some winter wedding inspiration, please enjoy this little gem – our romantic styled winter bridal shoot.
With the help of two vendors Steven and I created a magical winter picnic and combined different looks with three simple yet elegant dresses that are not your standard pick. Who says you can’t wear a dress that you can truly wear again?! Even a simple dress like the ones we picked can be glammed up with a veil and flowers to transform any woman into a beautiful bride. On top of our choice in different dresses I also wanted to combine my love for France in this shoot. And what screams more France than MOËT champagne and macarons?! Two things I just had to add. I was fortunate enough to receive some custom mini macarons from a pâtisserie in Hamburg and all the flowers and greens were sponsored by a local florist. After picking up all the props I sat in our kitchen and tied three bouquets and three matching flower crowns. Let me tell you – florists are magicians! Putting them together was hard work but I was so proud of myself that I pulled it off. I had a very specific look in mind – natural colours with a hint of elegance. Once it was all done we picked up our lovely model Melina and started our journey to the Harz Mountains. They are one of Germany’s highest tourist destinations. Although it wasn’t easy as so many tourist were literally everywhere we managed to find the perfect secluded little spot and enjoyed our shoot in the beautiful snowy sunset. While shooting we also created a short behind the scenes video at the bottom of this blog.
Thanks a million to our beautiful vendors and everyone who participated to make this shoot possible! Feel free to leave us some love. I hope you like this shoot as much as we do!
